All for One Group an­chors sus­tain­ab­il­ity in its fin­an­cing

In its promissory note loans dated 6 May 2022, All for One Group contractually agreed via the »ESG Bridge« that two sustainability key performance indicators (ESG KPIs) would be defined and the corresponding target values communicated by the end of 2022/23 at the latest.

ESG KPI 1 refers to Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in tonnes of CO2e.

ESG KPI 2 refers to the percentage increase in the proportion of women in leadership in relation to the base year 2022/23.

ESG target values denote the values specified for the ESG KPIs for the financial years 2023/24, 2025/26 and 2027/28 in accordance with the table below.
