Healthcheck Assistant

The Healthcheck Assistant ensures that you do not overlook incorrect documents, open approval tasks or background jobs in your SAP Business ByDesign system. The automatic execution of the Healthcheck Assistant triggers a check of the aforementioned objects in your system and then sends a report by e-mail to the required persons.

This ensures that problems are identified at an early stage and can be rectified in a timely manner.

Automatic processing of invoices

Invoice Assistant

The Invoice Assistant can automatically process monthly incoming invoices that arrive at the company with many items via CSV, Excel or other structured formats. This eliminates the need for manual entry and the associated workload.

The assistant automatically enters the invoices in SAP Business ByDesign and derives the correct account assignment objects so that you only need to check the incoming invoices before releasing them.
