Share Buyback Programme 2024
As announced in the ad-hoc announcement on 22 November 2024, the management board of All for One Group SE resolved, with the consent of the supervisory board, the launch of a share buyback programme (»Share Buyback Programme 2024«) using the authorisation granted by the annual general meeting on 12 March 2020.
Under the Share Buyback Programme 2024, up to a total of 100,000 treasury shares (corresponding to up to approximately 2% of the existing share capital) may be repurchased via the stock exchange from 25 November 2024 to 3 March 2025, at a total purchase price (excluding incidental acquisition costs) of a maximum of EUR 7 million.

Share Buyback Programme
October 2022 – October 2024
On 12 October 2022, All for One Group SE resolved to implement a share buyback programme valid for the period from 13 October 2022 to 12 October 2023 to repurchase up to 100,000 treasury shares via the stock exchange, representing a volume of EUR 5.5 million (excl. transaction-related costs). On 12 October 2023, it was decided to the extend the current share buyback programme until 11 October 2024.
The share buyback programme was completed on 11 October 2024. In the period from 13 October 2022 to 11 October 2024, a total of 100,000 shares were bought back via the stock exchange at an average price of EUR 45.35 with a total value of EUR 4,535,176.60.
