What makes your job exciting
- You will assist in the further development of our group-wide compliance management system.
- You will monitor relevant legal developments and compliance trends (sustainability, artificial intelligence, etc.) and derive necessary actions from them.
- You will design and implement innovative compliance training and awareness measures.
- You will create templates, policies, and other compliance-related documents.
- You will handle incoming compliance inquiries and reports through our group-wide whistleblowing system (case management).
- You will participate in compliance projects and represent the compliance department in cross-functional projects.
- You will promote a compliance culture within the company, particularly through the development of target group-specific communication.
- You will work closely with your international team and the Legal, Internal Audit, Data Protection, and Information Security departments.
- You will contribute to reporting on the status of the compliance management system to the board, supervisory board, and other stakeholders.

Your talents
- You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law and ideally have additional qualifications in compliance.
- Experience in implementing compliance management systems in companies is desirable but not essential.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp and prioritize complex content.
- A high level of responsibility, conscientiousness, and loyalty are natural for you.
- We can expect consulting competence and service orientation from you.
- Your confident demeanor, empathy, and strong communication skills help you persuade even difficult stakeholders.
- You have a self-reliant, structured, and goal-oriented work style.

- Excellent English skills (German is a plus), both written and spoken, are required in our international team. You will assist in the further development of our group-wide compliance management system.
