Training & Engagement Specialist Legal & Integrity (m/f/d)

You will develop and implement training and engagement strategies to support the Legal & Integrity department's objectives.

• You will create, manage, and distribute engaging content using tools such as Viva Engage, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and our internal Learning Management System (LMS).
• You will design and develop training programs and materials using Rise Articulate and other tools.
• You will coordinate the delivery of training sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of engagement and training efforts.
• You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and engagement initiatives and make improvements as needed.

• You have a degree in Communications, Education, or a related field. A certification in instructional design or a related discipline is desirable.
• You have proven experience in employee engagement, preferably within a corporate or legal environment.
• You can demonstrate a track record in creating and managing engaging training content.
• You have experience with Rise Articulate and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• You have a structured, independent, and proactive working style and strong organizational skills.
• You are highly proficient in using Viva Engage, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams and are IT-savvy enough to willingly familiarize yourself with new IT tools.

• You are trustworthy and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• You can communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English and look forward to working in an international team.
